: Our research strictly complies with the system of wild plant experiments and field research, national and international norms and legislation, and the collection of plant materials has been licensed by Huishui County Forestry Bureau. We follow the IUCN Policy Statement on Research Involving Species at Risk of Extinction and the guidelines outlined in the Convention on the Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) to ensure that our research activities are legal, compliant and responsible for biodiversity conservation. All plant materials used in this study have been identified by researcher Xiaoyong Dai of Guizhou Academy of Forestry Science, who has extensive experience and professional qualifications in plant classification. In addition, the certificate specimens of plants used in this study have been stored in the public herbarium of College of Biological Sciences, Guizhou Education University, with the deposition numbers HS-01-2022-01 and HS-04-2022-01.
