: All research activities were conducted with respect to the guidelines of the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its amendments. Before participating in the study, the athletes, as well as the legal guardians of minor participants, were informed about the purpose and protocol of the research and provided written informed consent for participation. The Ethics Committee for Scientific Research of the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów issued a positive opinion (Resolution No. 2/2024) regarding the compliance of the research project with ethical principles.
