: An official cooperation letter was issued to the hospital. Due to the retrospective nature of the study, Jimma University College of Natural Sciences and Ethical Review Committee (IRERC) waived the need of obtaining informed consent. All collected data was anonymized and de-identified before analysis to ensure confidentiality.
