: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Research and Ethics Committee at Palestine Polytechnic University (approval code: RCK/2024/35). Prior to participation, all nurses were provided with detailed information about the study’s purpose, procedures, potential risks, and benefits. Participation was entirely voluntary, and nurses were informed of their right to decline or withdraw at any stage without penalty. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants before data collection. To ensure confidentiality and anonymity, no identifying information was recorded, and all responses were stored securely with access limited to the research team.
