: The Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University (MUTM 2019-057-01) approved this study on 30 July 2019. Additionally, permission was obtained from the Nakhon Sawan Provincial Health Office to conduct the research within their jurisdiction, including the designated study areas. The local health office staff provided valuable support, cooperation, and coordination during fieldwork activities, ensuring the smooth implementation of the study. In addition, all study respondents provided informed consent forms before data collection began. Also, all methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations per the approval of the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University.
