: Registration on the DHS website () and approval from the measure DHS were required to access the data. The author requested access to the data from the demographic health survey program team and access was granted to use the data for this study. Prior to the actual interview, informed consent was obtained from the participants, their guardian, or household head. The data was only used for statistical reporting and analysis, as well as for the proposed research project. All methods were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
