: Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics and Research Committee at the Psychiatric Hospital of the Cross (HPC-001-10-24) in compliance with the Hospital’s Regulatory Research Protocol. An informed consent was obtained from each participant at the beginning of the survey and before having access to the questionnaire and participation.
