: Ethical approval for this in vitro study was obtained from the Uşak University Ethics Committee (2023/05). All procedures performed in this study, were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations of Helsinki Declarations. This study did not involve human participants; only extracted human teeth were used for in vitro experimentation. The extracted teeth used in this study were obtained from patients who had undergone tooth extraction for therapeutic reasons unrelated to the study, with prior informed consent, at the Departments of Periodontology and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Faculty of Dentistry, Uşak University. The patients voluntarily donated the extracted teeth to the faculty for research purposes. All experimental protocols were approved by the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Dentistry, Uşak University (Ethical approval number: 118-118-13).
