: All the methods in the study were conducted in accordance with the ethical standard of the University of Gondar and compliance with local legislation and institutional guidelines. Ethical approval was obtained from University of Gondar, Institute of Public Health Ethical Review Committee (Ref No: IPH/2519/2023). An official letter granting access to and use of its patient’s medical record was obtained from University of Gondar Comprehensive Specialized Hospital in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki. As this study used secondary data, direct informed consent from participants was not required. A waiver of informed consent was granted by the University of Gondar, Institute of Public Health Ethical Review Committee. To ensure confidentiality and privacy, a new unique identification number was assigned to each participant record, and all individual identifiers were excluded from the data extraction tool.
