: This research conducted according to” Ethic on Medical Research in IRAN” and Received approval from the Ethics Committee of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (ethics code: IR.TUMS.VCR.REC.1398.1015). The study utilized administrative and clinical data from patient files archived in the medical records departments of participating hospitals. The Research Ethics Committee reviewed the study protocol and waived the requirement for additional informed consent for this research. However, verbal informed consent was obtained from patients via telephone for the collection of follow-up data.
