: Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethical Review Board of the School of Medicine (Ref No.430), College of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Gondar. All procedures were conducted accordance with Helsinki declaration. Support letter was obtained, and permission to conduct the study was submitted to the Amhara Regional Labor and Social Affairs. Then purpose and importance of the study were explained to the participants, and oral and written informed consent was obtained from all subjects and/or their legal guardians. Confidentiality was maintained and assured to the participants at all levels of the study. Participants’ involvement in the study was voluntary; participants who were unwilling to participate in the study and those who wished to quit their participation at any stage were informed to do without any restrictions.
