: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Ethical Review Board of Salale University (Ref. No: IRB/911/16). The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki. Official permission to conduct the research was obtained from the Warra Jarso District Education Office and the administrations of the selected high schools. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants aged 18 years and above. For participants under 18 years of age, written informed consent was obtained from a parent or legal guardian, and written assent was also obtained from the minors themselves. Participants were informed that their data would be kept confidential and used solely for research purposes. They were also assured of their right to refuse or withdraw from the study at any stage without any consequence.
