: This study used publicly available, de-identified data from two major resources: The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and the Allen Human Brain Atlas (AHBA). All data were originally collected with informed consent and under ethical oversight by the respective data providers. TCGA data were obtained from the National Cancer Institute and the National Human Genome Research Institute. Only open-access TCGA data were used in this study, which do not require dbGaP authorization. All data comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy Rule and the NIH Genomic Data Sharing Policy. AHBA data were obtained from the Allen Institute for Brain Science. These data were collected from postmortem human donors with appropriate consent and ethical approval by the original investigators. The dataset is fully anonymized and publicly available. No new human subjects were involved in this study, and no additional institutional ethics approval was required.
