: This study did not require ethical approval as it solely utilized publicly available Datasets. The Datasets used were the ISIC 2018, ISIC 2017 and PH2 Datasets, which are standard Datasets in the dermatology and skin lesion analysis community. In this work, the AttenUNeT X model was applied to the ISIC 2018, PH2, ISIC 2017 (for cross-validation), and HAM10000,and Derm7pt, and SD-198 Datasets, aiming to improve segmentation and future classification of skin lesions.
