: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Ethical Review Committee of the School of Public Health, College of Health Sciences, Addis Ababa University, and the Addis Ababa Health Bureau (Reference Number: SRH/296/2024). A legal permission letter was issued to the selected government hospitals. During data collection, oral informed consent was obtained from the study participants, and measures were taken to ensure the confidentiality of their information. The Study design and implementation were based on the Declaration of Helsinki and good practice (GCP) guidelines.
