: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center (approval number: B2022-700-01). All procedures involving human participants were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and national research committee and with the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Written informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study. All participants were legally adults (aged 18 years or older) and had full legal capacity to provide consent independently at the time of recruitment.
