Experimental procedures were approved by the IACUC of Ampry Biosciences Co., Ltd. on 20 May 2025 (IACUC-FJABR-2025052001). Mice were sourced from Sipeifu (Beijing) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (License No. SCXK [Jing] 2019-0010). All procedures adhered to national regulations on the care and use of laboratory animals. Animals were anesthetized for surgery and humanely euthanized at study endpoints with a terminal dose of sodium pentobarbital to minimize pain and distress.
