: All procedures involving human tissues were conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Ethics Committee of Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center (Approval Number: 2212267-7). Patient-derived organoids (PDOs) were established from freshly resected pancreatic cancer tissues with informed consent.
