Animal experiments were performed following the ARRIVE guidelines and approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee of Zunyi Medical University (Approval No. ZMU21-2405-001). Euthanasia was carried out via isoflurane inhalation followed by cervical dislocation to minimize suffering.
