: This study involves human data and all research methods and procedures were performed following the declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Ethical Review Board of Debre Markos University. Ethical approval was obtained from the ethical review committee of Debre Markos University Health Science College and a letter of cooperation was delivered to All selected Hospitals to get a letter of permission for data collection. Informed (written) consent was obtained from each parent or legal guardian of the study participants. The parent or legal guardian of the study participants were provided with information about the objectives and expected outcomes of the study. Information obtained from individual participants was kept secure and confidential. Names were not recorded for all participants.
