: This prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted with prior approval from the ethical committees of the faculty of physical therapy at Deraya University, with approval number DCSR-02024-06, and conducted under the ethical standards of the institutional and national research committees, the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments, and comparable ethical standards. Prior to participation, all the subjects were provided with detailed information about the study, including its purpose, procedures, potential risks, and benefits. Before their inclusion in the study, written informed consent was obtained from all participants. The participants were assured that their participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw from the study without any consequences. The confidentiality and anonymity of the participants were maintained throughout the study.
: All participants in this study provided written informed consent for the publication of their data and any accompanying images. The participants were informed that their personal information would remain confidential and that any identifying information would be anonymized to protect their privacy.
