: Ethical approval of this study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board(IRB) of Wachemo University College of Medicine and Health science (Ref No/WCU/SGC 571/14). A letter of cooperation was obtained from Research and Community Service vice president’s office, and Wachemo University Comprehensive Specialized Hospital was informed about the study objectives through a written letter. Informed consent from the subjects and or legal guardians was not obtained as the study was fully retrospective review of the chart. IRB of Wachemo University College of Medicine and Health science waived the informant consent with the Ref no of (Ref No/WCU/SGC 571/14). Confidentiality was maintained at all levels of the study. Data were held on a secured password protected system. All the procedures were conducted based on the principles of the Helsinki Declaration.
