: Data collection was done after ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Committee of Rapti Academy of Health Sciences, Ghorahi, Dang, Nepal with the approval ID: 008-2025 (Reference No- 1683). It was carried out in the Basic Science Block of School of Medicine and in School of Nursing from 4th March 2025 to 20th July 2025. Written informed consent of the students was taken before they fill out questionnaires. Participants were informed about the objectives of the study and their voluntary participation. The study adhered to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
