: Ethical clearance and approval for this study was obtained from the research ethical review committee of College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Debre Brehan University (protocol number IRB-148). Also, a permission letter was obtained from each hospital manager before the full scale data collection. An informed consent was waived by the ethics committee of College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Debre Brehan University because the study was conducted through review of medical charts. Patients’ names were not recorded. All procedures were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
