: Ethical approval was obtained from the ethical review committee of the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, College of Health Sciences, Debre Tabor University (reference number CHS/LAB/231/2023). In addition, the study was performed in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki for human subjects. Furthermore, a letter of permission and cooperation was written to Debre Tabor Compressive Specialized Hospital. After the purpose and aims of the study were explained, written informed consent was obtained from all participants. Only codes were used to identify the study groups. All information was treated as strictly confidential and used for this study only. Positive results were also communicated to clinicians.
