: The study was approved by the Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University Human Research Health and Sports Sciences Ethics Committee (Approval No: 12/07; Date: 29 December 2023). Institutional permission was obtained from the Erzincan Provincial Health Directorate (08 March 2024). All participants provided informed consent in accordance with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration. The study was conducted fulfilling the principle of “Respect for Autonomy”, whereby patients informed that they were free to participate in or leave the study, and the principle of “Confidentiality and Protection of Confidentiality”, whereby patients in the study were informed that their information would be kept confidential. All study participants signed the informed consent form for participation.
