: The study was conducted following approval from the Human Ethics Committee of the ICMR-National Institute of Occupational Health. All procedures involving human participants adhered to the ethical standards outlined in the national guidelines for biomedical and health research involving human participants 29 . Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data and sample collection. This included consent for the use of their blood samples, demographic profiles, and clinical data for the analysis of plasma biomarkers indicative of neuroinflammatory and neurodegenerative conditions.
