: The animal management and experimental procedures of this study were conducted in accordance with the ARRIVE guidelines (PLoS Bio 8 (6), e10004122010) and approved by the Biomedical Ethics Committee of Inner Mongolia University, with an ethics code of IMU-Mouse-2024-152. All experimental animals were properly housed, fed, watered, and provided with bedding. Laboratory technicians conducted daily observations to ensure compliance with appropriate animal care standards. According to the “Guide for Euthanasia of Laboratory Animals” (GB/T 39,760–2021), all surgeries were performed under sodium pentobarbital anesthesia, and carbon dioxide was used to kill the mice. We do our best to minimize any suffering experienced by the animals used in this study.
