: As steadfast ethical compliance the present study protocol was reviewed and approved by Institute of Public Health Ethical Review committee of the University of Gondar (No-IPH/180/06/2011) and all methods were carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Consequently, written informed consent was taken before considering a worker as a potential study participant. The interview was conducted in a quiet and enclosed area to ensure study participants’ privacy. Upon embarking on MSD cases, participants were advised on practical tips about preventing WRMSDs and healthy living in the construction industry.
