: A statement to confirm that all methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. For studies involving human participants or the use of human-derived samples, all experiments were conducted in strict compliance with applicable ethical standards and regulations. In this study, we ensured that every participant’s autonomy was fully respected, and participants were well-informed about the purpose and nature of the research. Consent to participate was explicitly obtained from each individual. Prior to data collection, participants were briefed on the goals, scope, and intended use of the data collected. The data for this study was gathered through anonymous surveys, ensuring confidentiality. Each respondent was given a thorough explanation of the survey’s anonymity and purpose by trained researchers before participation. A statement to confirm that all experimental protocols were approved by a named institutional and/or licensing committee. This study and all related research protocols were approved by the Ethics Committee of Nanjing Vocational College of Information Technology (Approval No. 013, 2023). All research activities were conducted in full compliance with the ethical guidelines and requirements outlined in the project proposal. The ethical approval body regularly monitored the research team’s activities to ensure adherence to these standards. The data collected primarily pertained to participants’ perspectives and behavioral intentions concerning postdoctoral policies and related topics. The questionnaire, used to gather this data, included an introductory section in Chinese that clearly explained the purpose of the research, the academic discipline involved, how personal privacy would be protected, and the participants’ right to withdraw from the survey at any point.
