: Ethical approval for collection of faecal samples and administration of anthelmintic drugs to the goats was obtained from the Institute Animal Ethics Committee (IAEC), Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana vide IAEC/2023/134 − 55 dated 22.05.2023 (GADVASU/2023/IAEC/69/19). The goat owners were sensitized about the purpose of study and all the protocols were conducted in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
