: The conducted research is not related to either human or animal use. However, the collection of plant materials was conducted following the guidelines of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) policies research involving species at risk of extinction and the Convention on the Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora. The cell lines were provided by the Virology Research Laboratory (VRG) group, College of Science, King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. All cell lines were maintained at 37 ℃ in and were mycoplasma-free (LookOut® Mycoplasma qPCR Detection Kitm, MERK).
