: The present study was done according to the guidelines laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki and all procedures involving human subjects. All the participants and their parents read a statement that explained the purpose of the study and the process of conducting the study and provided written informed consent before participation in the study. They were informed that the interventions implemented in this study was free and had no harmful side effects for their children. Additionally, they were given the opportunity to consult their friends and acquaintances about their children’s participation in this study, if they wished. The participants were reminded that the study was voluntary, confidential and the results would remain anonymous. Ethics approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Iran University of Medical Sciences (no. IR.IUMS.REC.1399.814).
