: All procedures conducted in the current study received approval from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University-Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (VETCU-IACUC), under study approval number Vet CU08072023706. All procedures strictly adhered to the guidelines and regulations and were conducted in full compliance with the ARRIVE guidelines. Furthermore, for procedures involving human participants, oral consent was obtained from all participants after they were informed of the use of urine samples.
