: This study does not involve experiments on humans, human tissue samples, or the collection of primary human data. Instead, the analysis is based on publicly available secondary data sources. Specifically, this paper utilizes the 2017 Dynamic Monitoring Survey of China’s Floating Population and matches it with air pollution data from 287 prefecture-level cities to construct a Probit model. As the data used in this research is publicly accessible and anonymized, there are no ethical concerns or requirements for institutional approval, informed consent, or compliance with experimental protocols.
