: This survey was approved by the Rwanda National Ethics Committee (RNEC), with approval letter number RNEC274/2023 dated 6th November 2023, and written informed consent was obtained from respondents (or from parents/guardians for minors) with the understanding that participants would provide all information required on questionnaires voluntarily. We also addressed the security and confidentiality of the participants and their households data at different levels: (1) During data collection, questionnaires were given a numerical code and no personal identifiers were entered into the database; (2) Data were protected by a password, both in the file and on the server where they were stored.
