: Before the start of data collection, ethical clearance was obtained from the ethical review board of the school of medicine, College of Medicine and Health Science, University of Gondar (Ref No SOM 4073/2023). In addition, the administrators of TGCSH and FHCSH were provided with a supportive letter and ethical clearance for the research, and an official permission letter was obtained to carry out the study. Informed consent was obtained from each study subject following a detailed explanation of the study’s objectives and potential benefits. Participants were informed of their right to decline participation or withdraw at any interview stage. Confidentiality was guaranteed by keeping the secrecy of personal identification, keeping completed questionnaires, and results were stored in a secured area. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations, in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
