: SPF chicks were reared and handled in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) under ethical approval number Vet CU 8/03/2022/409. All methods were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Bird handling was performed by experienced veterinarians, and all experimental procedures adhered to ARRIVE Guideline 2.0 for the care and use of laboratory animals.
