: Ethical clearance was approved by Ethical Review Committee of College of Health Sciences, Debre Tabor University with reference number: DTU/SN/186/2022. Since this is a retrospective study, the informed consent was also waived by Ethical Review Committee of Debre Tabor University. Permission was obtained from hospital administrator prior to the data collection. To ensure confidentiality, all personal identifiers were excluded from the dataset. Each record was assigned a unique code to anonymize the data. The data were used strictly for research purposes and were securely stored, accessible only to the research team. Incomplete records were managed by excluding them from the analysis. This approach ensured the integrity and reliability of the study findings while adhering to ethical standards. All procedures were carried out by considering the Declaration of Helsinki.
