All 160 radiology reports were initially generated using Claude Sonnet 3.5, then reviewed and refined by a board-certified radiologist with 20 years of experience to ensure clinical authenticity. All data contained fictional identifiers with no actual patient information or Protected Health Information (PHI), ensuring complete patient privacy while maintaining clinical realism.
