: This study focuses in the development and application of digital pathology pipelines for neuroblastoma 3D models. At the end of the article we show how the algorithms may be used in human sample images. Our laboratory is Spanish Reference Centre for NB Molecular and Pathological studies (Department of Pathology, University of Valencia-INCLIVA) and we have stored samples, imaging data and genetics data in our biobank (reference B.0000339 29/01/2015). This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Clinic Hospital of Valencia (No. 2020/025, Act: 372, 30 September 2021). All experiments were performed in accordance with the guidelines and regulations. Participants or their family members/legal guardians provided written informed consent for the research studies performed in our laboratory.
