: Ethical approval was obtained from the Ghana Health Service Ethics Review Committee with reference number GHS-ERC746/06/24. Appropriate permission was also obtained from the Municipal Environmental Health Office. Before individuals agreed to participate in the study, a comprehensive explanation was provided regarding the study’s objectives and goals set to accomplish. Additionally, participation was kept confidential, as participants had the freedom to complete the questionnaire and answer to questions independently without any external interference. All study data and records were safeguarded against unauthorized access or disclosure, prioritizing the protection of participants’ privacy and information.
