: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Ethical Review Committee (ERC) of GAMBY Medical College (Protocol number: GMC/PH/031/14). Following endorsement by the ERC, Amhara public health institutes were informed about the objectives of the study through a support letter from GAMBY Medical College, and written permission was obtained from Amhara public health institutes. Informed verbal consent was obtained from selected study participants to confirm their willingness. Both GAMBY and Afilas General Hospitals’ institutional committees approved the experiment. All procedures were carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations as required by the journal policy.
