: The randomized, controlled, single-blind study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Izmir Katip Celebi University (approval number: 2025/059). The study was conducted in accordance with the CONSORT (Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials) guidelines to ensure transparent and comprehensive reporting of the clinical trial methodology and findings. Both the children and their parents were informed about the study protocol, and written informed consent was obtained from the parents prior to treatment application.
