: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and applicable ethical and legal standards. Ethical approval was obtained from the ComitÉ Coordinador de ética de la Investigación Biomédica de Andalucía (Spain), which issued a favourable opinion on 28 March 2023 (Acta 3/23), under protocol code PEIBA 1901-N-22. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants for the use of their dermoscopic images for research purposes. All images and associated metadata were anonymized prior to analysis, and the dataset does not contain any sensitive or personally identifiable information. Data processing complied with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection.
