: Formal ethical approval letter was obtained from Institute Review Board of Arba Minch University School of public Health, College of Medicine and Health Sciences. Permission to conduct the study was also obtained from the Zonal city administration and leaders of the selected kebeles of Jinka town. Moreover, written and verbal informed consent was obtained from parents and the study participants after explaining the purpose of the study. To ensure the confidentiality of respondents the questionnaire was anonymous. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations, including the Declaration of Helsinki.
