All experimental procedures involving animals complied with institutional and international standards for animal care and use.The experimental protocol was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), Faculty of pharmacy , Delta University for Science and Technology, Egypt (Approval No.: FPDU36/2026).All experimental work was performed at the Laboratory Animal Facility, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Zagazig University, Egypt, under an institutional cooperation agreement. Animal handling, anesthesia, and euthanasia procedures adhered to the ethical standards of both institutions.Every effort was made to minimize animal suffering, reduce stress, and use the minimum number of animals required to achieve statistical validity.
