: We have analyzed publicly sourced data of spike trains recorded in parallel from the brain of an awake, head-fixed mouse using a high-density electrode probe, Neuropixels 29,51 . The recording was carried out for about an hour. In the first phase, the mouse was shown visual stimuli, and in the second phase, it was in darkness. We analyzed spike trains recorded with a single probe simultaneously from thalamus, hippocampus, and visual cortex. We used spike trains of 242 units according to their “good” reliability evaluation.
