: The data used in this study were obtained from the GEO database, and all data usage strictly adhered to the terms and ethical guidelines provided by the data sources. Mouse liver tissue sections used in this study were obtained from previously established MASLD mouse models provided by Peking University Health Science Center. The original animal experiments were approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Peking University Health Sciences Center (Approval No. LA2022406). Clinical samples were collected under the approval of the Medical Ethics Committee of Beijing Electric Power Hospital, State Grid Corporation of China (Approval No. 2025073010201).
