: Ethical approval for this study was granted by the ethical review committee of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences at the University of Gondar. The research adhered to the principles set forth in the Declaration of Helsinki. After the purpose of the study was described, written informed consent from each of the participant was not required by the ethical review committee of the University of Gondar. The participant’s consent was waived because this was a retrospective study through document review. Confidentiality was maintained by coding the files and removing patients’ names to protect their privacy.
